We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following the steps outlined above and place a new order on our website.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that:
